Warranty Policy – Overview
 Shanghai Houpai Industrial Co., Ltd warrants its new, factory certified products and its parts against defects in material and/or workmanship during the specified warranty period. During this period, EAS-Houpai will, at its sole option, repair or replace a defective product or part without charge to you. This excludes shipping.
 Shanghai Houpai Industrial Co., Ltd ("EAS-Houpai ") warrants all Eas-Houpai brand products, including Decoration lighting source, Housing&Commercial, High Grade fixture and Festival series lamps which you have purchased directly from EAS-Houpai to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The customer will process warranty service with EAS-Houpai’s distributor or authorized retail store if they purchased from them.
This limited warranty covers normal usage only. EAS-Houpai does not warrant and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, viruses, unauthorized service or parts, or the combination of EAS-Houpai branded products with other products. This limited warranty does not cover software or NON-EAS-Houpai branded products. The original manufacturer provides any warranty applicable to software or NON-Eas-Houpai branded products.
